This little girl came from a pretty rough start in NM. She is in a wonderful foster home and is potty trained, crate trained, does great with all dogs and humans. Lucy is smart and kind. In her foster home she is around cats, dogs, kids and farm animals and is a wonderful companion to everyone

Welcome to Mountain Mama Pyrs and Pups. Mountain Mama Pyrs, is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill rescue group of dedicated foster homes. Founded in June of 2023 by a few caring people, our sole purpose is to give abandoned, abused and unwanted pets another chance at finding loving, permanent homes. Although we focus on LGD breeds due to the overwhelming number abandoned here in Utah and the legislature that deems them disposable, we take any urgent dog in need. We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome to loving families. Mountain Mamas is funded by adoption fees, donations, fundraising events and tributes. All donations are tax deductible.
