Buck is a sweet lap dog. He loves to snuggle and follow you around. He is working on crate training and basic commands. He was dumped on a rural country road in Missouri and spent many weeks alone. He does well with other dogs, kids and adults. He ignores cats but has not had much direct contact. He has seen them from a distance and does not react to them at all. Welcome to Mountain Mama Pyrs and Pups. Mountain Mama Pyrs, is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill rescue group of dedicated foster homes. Founded in June of 2023 by a few caring people, our sole purpose is to give abandoned, abused and unwanted pets another chance at finding loving, permanent homes. Although we focus on LGD breeds due to the overwhelming number abandoned here in Utah and the legislature that deems them disposable, we take any urgent dog in need. We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome to loving families. Mountain Mamas is funded by adoption fees, donations, fundraising events and tributes. All donations are tax deductible.
